St. Nick!

St. Nick came during dinner tonight. The kids got new jammies, Live Pet Butterflies, Planes Fire and Rescue DVD and of course a little candy :)

Gunther got a new bone from St. Nick but that was a MISTAKE! He can knock over toddlers, knock things off tables, etc. with that thing and he proved it in less than 2 seconds of getting it in his mouth. So much for that!

Elfie has ARRIVED!

Elf on the shelf is a new tradition a lot of people have done for years. This year we decided to incorporate him into our holiday family tradition.

He arrived today straight from Santa at the North Pole! The kids were SUPER Excited to receive this package and they named their Elf "Elfie" which was the first "mission" they had. Santa wrote the kids a really nice letter talking about Jesus and Elfie their new friend.

Christmas 2014

We went and picked out our tree yesterday. The kids had fun and I finally found the perfect one, it was difficult this year, they were all HUGE! The boys and I decorated it and Evan said its his favorite. He LOVES peacocks and peacock feathers and that's what's on the tree this year along with green, turquoise and silver ornaments. I'll try and post a picture.

My Pride and Joy!

Happy 2nd Birthday to my princess TODAY and to My little man Owen who turned 6 on the 17th!

We celebrated both the kiddos birthdays yesterday with the family. We had Papa Murphys pizzas and of course cake and ice cream.

Ninja Turtle Birthday Prepping

Lake Tomahawk

I can hardly believe that when I was this little I was up at the cabin fishing, canoeing and just having fun. Now my kiddos are here enjoying it. The kids fished for hours/days and just enjoyed it. Evan was content just catching bugs and doing his own thing. They all had a BLAST!

Shawano Vacation

We spent 5 days in Shawano with Erics family in a house on the lake. The kids caught lots of fish so they really enjoyed it. Here are some highlights of the vacation.

Getting Big!

My 4th child! Most days he makes me nuts and causes as much, if not more trouble than the kids but I wouldn't trade him for the world.

Graduation!

Gunther graduated from Puppy Elementary a few weeks back! Here is his class or most of them. He was actually really good during class and all the trainers absolutely loved him. He came along way from the first night when we had to stand behind a table on its side because he would not stop barking. It was amazing to see what all these dogs learned so quickly.

Grow Baby Grow!

I found this old sprinkling can in my shed and planted the new succulents I bought today! I LOVE how this one turned out.

Those weird "mushroom" things are called Living Rocks and I think they are so neat. I love all the names of these little things. They are so cool!

I love this tea and how this little one turned out. This one is going next to the sink!

Weekend Fun!

Gunther going to puppy class! He hates getting in the car but is a good rider. He even met a puppy that he is in love with. Her name is Cherry and she is a Portuguese Water Dog and as cute as a doodle.

Conversations with a 5 year old!

This conversation took place on the way home from Church a few Sundays ago.

Eric: Owen what did you learn at Sunday school today?
Owen: Today we learned that Jesus died.
 Eric: Oh, what happened?
Owen: The recyclables got him and took his body away.

Gunthers 1st Full Groom

Gunther went to the groomer today to get groomed. He had over 1" taken off (not shaved). They did a really good job. I didn't want him shaved and I was very happy with how he looked when I picked him up. He rode on the front seat both ways, good rider but he puked on the way there and peed on the seat on the way home. The joys of owning a pet (can you say "high maintenance")

Gunther met the groomer for the first time yesterday. She said he did well for his first time. I really liked her and she did great with him.
